Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between the business using BridgeInsights AI (“you”) and Conversions Bridge LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (conversionsbridge.com), registered at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 302, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States (“we”, “us”).

By logging in to or using BridgeInsights AI, you accept these terms. If you accept them for a business, you confirm that you have the authority to do so. BridgeInsights AI is for business use only.

Accounts are created by our team, one login per customer business. You must set your own password the first time you log in, keep it private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

BridgeInsights AI provides a dashboard of data from the services you connect, plus support from your account manager. Features that haven't been released are not part of the service until they are.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we may change or improve it over time, and it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

The fees for your subscription are the ones agreed with your account manager when your account is set up. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are charged monthly in advance, in US dollars, and do not include taxes. If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may suspend your access until it is paid. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing your fees.

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@bridgeinsights.cloud or telling your account manager. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month you are in, and we don't refund partial months.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or don't pay. When your account closes, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your business data, including the data from the services you connect, stays yours. You allow us to use it only to provide BridgeInsights AI to you, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to connect the accounts you connect.

Connected services such as Google are provided by third parties under their own terms. Their data can be delayed, incomplete or change, and we aren't responsible for their availability or for changes they make to their services.

You agree not to:

• share your login, or let anyone outside your business use your account;
• connect accounts or data you don't have the right to use;
• try to access other customers' data, or test, probe or attack the service's security;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

BridgeInsights AI, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us. These terms give you the right to use it for your business while your subscription is active, and nothing more.

BridgeInsights AI shows you how your business is doing online and helps you decide what to work on. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, leads or sales. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties beyond those stated in these terms, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or business opportunities, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If a dispute comes up, please email support@bridgeinsights.cloud first; we will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, conducted in English and held online or by video conference unless both of us agree otherwise. Claims may be brought only individually, not as part of a class or group action. Either of us may still ask a court for urgent relief to protect confidential information or intellectual property.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post changes on this page and update the date at the top, and for significant changes we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
