Privacy Policy

BridgeInsights AI is a product of Conversions Bridge LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (conversionsbridge.com), registered at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 302, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Conversions Bridge LLC.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use BridgeInsights AI, how we use it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, email support@bridgeinsights.cloud.

Account information: your name, email address, and business name, provided by you or your account manager when your account is created. Your password is chosen by you and stored only as a one-way hash, so we can't read it.

Data from connected services: when a service such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram or your WooCommerce store is connected, we receive data from that service, described in the next sections.

Requests and messages: requests you send to your account team from the dashboard, and the notifications we send you about them.

Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic request information (such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request) to keep the service running and secure.

If you connect Google services, you sign in on Google's own screen and choose what to allow. We request only the access each connection needs:

• Google Search Console (read-only): search performance data for your verified sites, such as impressions, clicks, average position and the searches you appear for.
• Google Analytics (read-only): your property details and daily totals of website visits, visitors, clicks on links to other sites and key events (conversions). These are totals only; we don't receive information about individual visitors.
• Google Business Profile: your business location details, such as name, categories, address, phone number and opening hours; daily totals of profile views, calls, direction requests, website clicks and bookings; the searches that showed your listing each month, with how often (Google gives these as totals and hides small counts); and your reviews: each review's rating, text, date and the reviewer's public name as Google shows it, and your replies. We use them to show your listings, leads and reviews and point out missing or incorrect information. The only thing we ever send to your profile is a reply to a review that you or your account team write and choose to post, one review at a time; you can edit or delete it from your dashboard. We never edit your listing or post anything else.

We use this data only to show it to you in your BridgeInsights AI dashboard and to let your account manager support you, which is part of the service you sign up for. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. People on our team see it only to provide that support, with your permission, for security reasons, or where the law requires it.

BridgeInsights AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your account manager can also connect these services for you. Each connection is read-only:

• Facebook and Instagram (read-only): for your business's Facebook Page and the Instagram professional account linked to it: follower counts, how many posts you published, and Meta's totals for engagement, Page views and reach. We don't read your messages, and we don't post, edit or delete anything.
• Online store (WooCommerce, read-only): your store's orders: amounts, dates, status and the products sold, used to show your sales, top products and new vs returning customers. We don't collect your customers' names, emails or addresses; to tell new customers from returning ones we keep only a one-way code that can't be turned back into who they are. The connection uses a read-only key that can't change orders, products or settings.

We use this data in the same limited way as Google data: only to show it to you in your dashboard and to let your account manager support you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. You can remove our access at any time by removing BridgeInsights AI from your Facebook Page's business integrations, or by revoking the key in WooCommerce (Settings → Advanced → REST API).

• To create and run your account and show your dashboard.
• To keep the data from your connected services up to date.
• For your account manager to support you and handle your requests.
• To keep the service secure, prevent misuse, and fix problems.
• To contact you about your account and the service.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to protect the login form. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

BridgeInsights AI is hosted by Hostinger, and our database is hosted by Neon on Amazon Web Services in the United States. All connections use HTTPS. Access tokens for your connected services are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and each customer can only see their own business's data.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:

• with the service providers that run BridgeInsights AI for us (Hostinger for hosting, Neon for the database), who may use it only to provide their services to us;
• with the services you connect, such as Google, in order to fetch your data;
• when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public;
• if our business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Conversions Bridge LLC is a United States company. Our database is in the United States, and our team works from Pakistan, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We protect it the same way wherever it is processed.

• Disconnecting a service: ask your account manager, or email support@bridgeinsights.cloud, to disconnect any service at any time. We stop collecting data from it straight away, and we delete the data we received from it within 30 days.
• Closing your account: we delete your account and all its data within 30 days of it closing.
• Asking us to delete: email support@bridgeinsights.cloud and we will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
• Backups: copies in our database backups expire within a further 30 days.

You can also remove our access yourself at any time: remove our account from the users of your Search Console, Analytics or Business Profile, or from your Google Account permissions. For Facebook, Instagram and WooCommerce, see "Social media and online store data" above.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, give you a copy, or delete it. Depending on where you are, for example California or Canada, you may have further rights under local privacy law, and you can exercise them in the same way. We will not treat you differently for using them.

Email support@bridgeinsights.cloud with your request. We may need to confirm it's you, and we will reply within 30 days.

BridgeInsights AI is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

We'll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also email you before it takes effect.
